Our staff at KCC are a diverse group of health care providers. Their mix of talent and skill bring together the perfect team of workers. Because of this, staff have the ability to meet the holistic needs of each child. Tapping into each skill and designation, they build the care around the child and their individual needs. There is always a nurse on staff and two staff are on duty at all times. Together the team develops individual care plans, menus and activities based on each unique group of children in respite at that time.

Sherry Groulx - Executive Director
Sherry joined the KCC team in March of 2015 with over 15 years of experience working in the community sector. As the Executive Director, Sherry is responsible for managing the overall operation of Parents of Technologically Dependent Children of Ontario (Kids Country Club). Performing a wide range of administrative activities related to planning, finance and accounting, marketing and promotion of services, staffing and personnel operations and discretionary activities that serve to support effective business operations.
Luann Van Es - Administrative Manager
Luann has been with KCC since 2000. She oversees the offices at both the London and Cambridge homes and is responsible for scheduling clients and staff, financials, ministry reports, payroll, etc.. If you need info, you can probably get it from Luann!
Vanessa Hewitt - Clinical Manager
Vanessa has been working with Kids Country Club since 2000, starting as a direct care nurse in London and later moved to the Cambridge location in 2003 working in both homes to assist in training and a positive start with the Cambridge opening. In 2015 Vanessa took on the role of Clinical Educator for both homes and is now our Clinical Manager. As Clinical Manager, Vanessa is responsible for supervising, training and supporting the direct care staff as well as assisting families with their respite needs.
Stephanie McLeman - Administrative Assistant, London and Cambridge
Stephanie joined KCC in December of 2017 and brings over fifteen years experience in non-profit and for profit administration skills. Assiting in daily, weekly and monthly administrative work, Stephanie has taken the initiative using her previous experience to assist with fundraising development growth for KCC. We are taking advantage of her passion to create "lists".
