Respite Application

We currently have a waiting list for respite but are accepting applications and will be in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you for your interest in Kids Country Club’s respite program.

Our home is located in London, Ontario. We support children residing in the counties of Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Elgin, Essex, Grey, Huron, Lambton, Middlesex, Oxford and Perth.

To apply for respite, please click on the button below to download and complete our application form. Once completed, please return it via email to luann@kidscountryclub.org.
